Opal yarns for SOCKS

I could not leave the store in empty hands but brought two Opal "Gems" Pure Merino Wool yarns for the socks. Seems that I'm obsessed with socks lately. I really enjoy knitting the socks.

The conference ended on Saturday at noon. I really didn't want to see it to end but I missed my husband so much. The trip back to east was not pleasant for me. I took the flight to Dallas/Ft. Worth and missed the plane. Luckily, they have another plane that landed to Dulles instead of Baltimore-Washington International Airport. Dulles was an hour away from my house. I arrived at 12:45 am and was so glad to be home again!
